Description

A flat-seat rupture disc holder that offers superior sealing capabilities when used with MICRO X or Composite Flat Seat rupture discs.

The UNISERT assembly was designed to create a perfect seal every time it is used with MICRO X or Composite Flat Seat (CFS) non-fragmenting rupture discs. Compatible with any pressure or burst rating of MICRO X or CFS rupture discs.

When used with our MICRO X or Composite Flat Seat (FS) non-fragmenting rupture discs, the UNISERT assembly creates an effective seal every time.

How? They were made for each other. The UNISERT is a flat-seat rupture disc holder designed with superior sealing capabilities and easy installation. Compatible with any pressure or burst rating of MICRO X or Composite Flat Seat rupture discs.

One holder, dozens of rupture disc design options

The UNISERT assembly is available in nominal sizes from 1″ to 36″ for installation between ASME, DIN, or JIS class flanges. Standard materials for the UNISERT holder include 316 stainless steel, carbon steel, Alloy 400, and Alloy C276.

"J" Hooks and Alignment Pins

The UNISERT assembly includes alignment pins for correct insertion of the rupture disc. It is also equipped with a "J" hook for proper positioning and flow orientation between the connecting flanges. Both the "J" hook and the alignment pins are included on all UNISERT holders from 1″ to 12″.

Tagging

Each UNISERT assembly carries a permanently attached stainless steel flow direction indicator. Composite Flat Seat and MICRO X rupture discs are also supplied with a three-dimensional flow direction tag.

The directional arrows on the tag and the nameplate allow you to visually verify that the rupture disc assembly is correctly oriented in your system.

Application Flexibility

The flexibility of the UNISERT assembly allows the use of various rupture disc types and burst pressures. This makes it possible to change the rupture disc type without having to replace the entire holder.
