The Model 8800A Pressure/Vacuum Relief Valve features Groth's exclusive "air-cushioned" seat. High-performance fluoropolymer seat diaphragms are standard to minimize sticking caused by resinous vapors and atmospheric moisture. Self-draining housings and drip rings protect the seating surfaces from condensate and freezing.
The Groth Model 8800A is a combination of the Model 1200A Pressure/Vacuum Relief Valve and the Groth Model 7618 Flame Arrester. High-performance Buna-N seat diaphragms are standard on the valve to ensure an additional tight seal and prevent the leakage of sludge vapors. The self-draining housing and drip rings protect the seating surface from condensate and freezing. The 1200/7618 assembly helps protect your tank from damage caused by overpressure or excessive vacuum, while also providing protection against external heat and ignition sources. The result is lower emission levels and greater fire protection and safety.
