The HPX-PT pre-torqued holder incorporates high-strength steel hex-head bolts for precise rupture disc loading and sealing.
The HPX-PT pre-torqued holder:
Allows precise torque loading in the controlled environment of a shop before installation, simplifying final installation.
Maintains precise rupture disc loading, even where poor flange alignment and gasket cold flow can be a problem, improving performance.
The pre-torqued holder bolts are protected with a coating to prevent wear, corrosion, seizing, and galling of the bolts, reducing maintenance costs.

Process equipment with glass-lined or fluoropolymer-lined flanges that cannot provide enough compression to seal the rupture disc in the holder.
